All new carts purchased will include a one year manufacturers warranty. This warranty will insure your cart repairs against any manufacturers defects, with the exception of items purchased with cart that carry their own manufacturers warranty. End-use purchaser will be responsible for registering these items, ie. Grill, Fridge, etc… These items are not manufactured by BensCarts. In the event of a defect or incident, BensCarts at it’s discretion may send customer replacement parts, hire a local contractor or may reimburse for said warrantable repair. BensCarts will not guarantee payment for repairs unless previously authorized via email or in writing by BensCarts prior to repair. Warranty is not extended on any cart that was damaged during shipping and accepted by customer. If covered occurrence requires extensive work, BensCarts may choose to have the cart brought to our shop for repair if feasible to customer. Customer will be reimbursed pre-approved accommodations and related for travel expenses. This option will only be used if customer resides within a reasonable distance from BensCarts warehouse/shop.
All parts are warrantied for one year from the time of purchase. Warranty claims are made by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your original order number and a brief description of the problem. Include your phone number so that we may contact you before sending your part back for replacement.
You may also contact Keith at 865.216.3330 about a warranty issue or a part malfunction. Once we determine that the part isn’t operational, we will issue you an RA (return authorization number) and you can ship the bad part back. At BensCarts option we will either repair or replace the part and ship it back to you.
