Ben,
We called you twice about the two umbrellas we purchased not fitting our carts. The first time you blew us off and said to look online for the return policy. After reviewing the website we came to the conclusion that we were stuck with these umbrellas and could not return. We called again and left a message asking if we could simply exchange the umbrellas for a different one that we know fits. I never received a call back. :( poor customer service. We will not be ordering from you again.
[Response from BensCarts] As it says and you agree to 3 times before checkout, all sales are final. Although we have a path to returns on the site, in our efforts to have the lowest possible prices we don’t have staff enough to help those who don’t take the time to read the dimensions or the product details. We could raise the prices and hire bigger staff, but our current business model creates more happy customers – at least those who read the dimensions or specs before ordering. We do however provide very detailed instructions on the website for returns for those who don’t mind reading for 30 seconds and following some simple instructions. Our goal is not to sell parts and accessories to those who don’t need them and it’s why we provide such detailed info on the site.
